Overview
The Zentura Home UniFi Protect Doorbell driver brings your Ubiquiti UniFi Protect doorbell events into Crestron Home and lets you act on them. It connects locally to your UniFi Protect controller using an official Integration API key — no cloud account, no third-party bridge.
Every doorbell event is pushed in real time over the UniFi Protect Integration WebSocket API, so ring, motion, and smart-detect notifications reach Crestron Home in about a second rather than waiting on a polling cycle. The driver exposes ring, motion, person, package, vehicle, and animal smart-detect Programmable Events plus Trigger Chime and Privacy Mode commands, all available as triggers, conditions, and actions in Crestron Home Sequences — play a chime on ring, run a scene, send a notification, or arm privacy on a schedule. Requires UniFi Protect 5.0+ and a Protect Integrations API key; includes a 2-hour trial with activation at zenturahome.com.
