Everything you need to install, configure, and troubleshoot your drivers.
Follow these steps for any Zentura Home driver.
Browse and purchase your driver on the Drivers & Pricing page. After checkout you'll receive a download link with the driver package (.pkg file) and your license key.
Copy the .pkg file to /user/ThirdPartyDrivers/Import on your processor using Crestron Toolbox File Manager or any SFTP client (WinSCP, FileZilla, etc.). See the installation FAQ below for step-by-step instructions.
Follow the driver-specific configuration guide to enter your API keys, IP addresses, or tokens. The device will appear in Crestron Home automatically.
Click a driver to expand its download link, help guide, and feature reference.
Zentura Home drivers are distributed as .pkg files that must be copied directly to the processor's third-party driver directory at /user/ThirdPartyDrivers/Import. Use either of the methods below.
Option A — Crestron Toolbox (File Manager)
/user/ThirdPartyDrivers/Import..pkg file from your local machine into that folder and confirm the file size matches.Option B — SFTP (WinSCP, FileZilla, etc.)
/user/ThirdPartyDrivers/Import..pkg file in binary mode and confirm the transfer completed.Once the file is in place, open the Crestron Home Setup app, go to Pair Devices → Drivers → Platform, and add the driver. If it does not appear, reboot the processor and try again.
For first-time deployments, refer to Crestron's current Crestron Home documentation for the exact path on your OS version, or contact support.
